Lesson 2 of 6
Level 2: First client live
Put your first client live under your brand
Clear condition: Level 2
At least 1 client account has real conversations: 5 people served and 10 replies in the last 30 days.
You have an agent that talks to real people. Now you put one live for somebody else, under your own name.
This is the level where most people stall. Not because the setup is hard, it takes an afternoon. They stall because the first client feels like a big decision. It is not. It is one business, one account, one agent.
Your brand first
Your client should never see my brand. They log in on your domain, see your logo, your colours and your app name. That is the white label, and it is the first thing you set up as an agency.
Pick a domain or a subdomain, add one DNS record, wait for the certificate, upload your logo. Then create a test client account and log in as them, so you see exactly what your client will see. Do this before you talk to anyone. A prospect who gets a login on your domain takes you a lot more seriously than one who gets a link to somebody else's software.
One client account per business
Every client gets their own client account (a sub-account). It has its own contacts, chats, agents and its own WhatsApp number, so nothing mixes between clients. You can switch into it, see its chats and fix things without asking for their password.
There are two ways to run it. Managed: you set everything up, the AI usage comes out of your own credit pool, and you bill the client yourself. Reselling: the client pays you through your own Stripe and gets credits on a plan you designed. For a first client, managed is simpler. Level 3 is about the money side.
Keep every agent you build. Once you have a tuned agent for a niche, you copy it into the next client account and change the prices and the hours. That is the difference between a one-week setup and a one-session setup.
Run the trial without the risk
The fastest way to a yes is letting the business use it. Open a client account for the prospect, copy your demo agent in, load their real prices and opening hours, and connect their channel. Set a spending limit on the account so a trial can never burn more credits than you allow.
If the trial goes well, the same account becomes the paid one. Contacts, chats and channels all stay. If it ends without a decision, block the account with your own message until they pick a plan.
One thing nobody can hand you is the number. Each client still connects their own WhatsApp number, or their own Instagram and website. Plan for that conversation early, it is the slowest part of every setup.

The second half of the course video above covers this level: the white label on your own domain, client accounts, and the reselling setup.
The ticks are only saved in this browser. Your level still comes from your account.
What does not count
Creating a client account scores nothing on its own. Naming it, copying an agent in, or chatting with it from your own phone or from another of your client accounts scores nothing either. The level moves when real people talk to that client's agent.
Suyash Raj closed his first client, a jewellery retailer, on a 200 dollar a month retainer for a 24/7 WhatsApp agent, after two months of outreach, follow ups and demos. His words: a small deal, but a big milestone.
Do it in your own account
