The challenge

Six levels. Each one is a fact in your account.

Sohaib's AI Agency Challenge is free and runs on your DM Champ account. Your level is worked out every night from real conversations and real clients, never from clicks or anything you report. Here is every level, what unlocks it, and the lesson that gets you there.

The challenge is free. DM Champ starts with a 7 day trial. Already playing? Continue opens your level in the app.

The map

  2. Level 1Agent live

Your AI agent served at least 5 real people with at least 10 replies in the last 30 days, on your account or a client's.

From a member: Bec Furraway went on holiday for two weeks. When she logged back in, her agent had been selling her courses the whole time, and had upsold one person 4 more courses and a subscription.

  3. Level 2First client live

At least 1 client account has real conversations: 5 people served and 10 replies in the last 30 days.

From a member: Suyash Raj closed his first client, a jewellery retailer, on a 200 dollar a month retainer for a 24/7 WhatsApp agent, after two months of outreach, follow ups and demos.

Lesson 2: Put your first client live under your brand
  4. Level 3First client on your bill

What counts

  • People your AI agent served: a real person who wrote in and got a real reply, in the last 30 days
  • Client accounts with real conversations of their own: 5 people served and 10 replies in 30 days
  • Money behind a client: your credits running it over two calendar months, or a client paying you through DM Champ
  • Clients you kept: real conversations in 3 different months of the last 120 days

What never counts

  • Messages from your own numbers and emails, or your team's
  • Messages between your own client accounts, or from their numbers and emails
  • Test chats in Try Out, and chat history you imported
  • Creating, naming or copying an agent into a client account nobody talks to
  • Credits spent on a client account with no real conversations
  • Logins, clicks, or anything you report about yourself

Show your level in public, or don't

Your level is private until you switch on your public profile on the challenge page in the app. Then you get a page at sohaibahmad.com/challenge/players/your-handle and a row on the leaderboard.

To leave, switch it off in the app or mail hi@sohaibahmad.com. The profile is gone within minutes, and your handle stays yours.

See the leaderboard

A public profile shows

Your display name, level, the date you reached each level, your website if you add it, the month you joined, and a verified mark when a client paid you through DM Champ.

It never shows

Your email, your clients or how many you have, your credits, or any money.

Questions people ask

Who can play?

Anyone with their own DM Champ account, including lifetime deal owners and white label agencies. Team members and client accounts do not play: the level belongs to the account owner.

Why did my level not go up after I created a client account?

A client account counts once its AI agent has served at least 5 real people with at least 10 replies in the last 30 days. Creating it, naming it or copying an agent into it does not count on its own.

What does on your bill mean for Level 3?

A live client that runs on your credits with real conversations in two different calendar months, or a client that paid you through DM Champ. Credits on a client nobody talks to, or conversations on a client you spend nothing on, do not count.

How do I show up on the leaderboard?

Open the challenge page in the DM Champ app, switch on Show me on the public leaderboard, pick a display name and a handle, and save. Your profile link appears with a Copy link button. You need at least Level 1 to be listed.

How do I leave the leaderboard?

Switch the public profile off in the app, or mail hi@sohaibahmad.com. Your profile leaves the leaderboard and its link stops working within a few minutes. Your handle stays reserved for you and your level keeps counting in private.

Can I lose a level?

No. Levels are kept once reached. The progress toward your next level is live, so a quiet month slows you down but never takes a level away.

Start at Level 1

One agent, five real people, ten replies. The lesson shows you how.
