I'm Sohaib Ahmad. I build AI that sells.

I'm the founder of DM Champ, an AI sales agent platform used by over two thousand customers. The AI answers a business's Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS and website chat, books its appointments and follows up with the people who went quiet. Many of our customers are agencies that sell it to local businesses under their own brand. I'm based in the Netherlands.

Where it started

Years before DM Champ, I watched clinics from Miami to Dubai drowning in WhatsApp and Instagram messages they could not answer fast enough. Different countries, same problem. A message that waits an hour is a booking that went to someone else.

I also learned the expensive way that leads are not the product. I ran a cold email campaign for hair transplant clinics and signed a whole batch of them. I could get them leads and consultations, and not one of them stayed: the clinics had no follow up, so the people I sent asked one question and went silent. What they needed was something that answered and followed up, every time.

That is what DM Champ became. The AI I built for FueGenix, a hair transplant clinic at the very top of its market, took it from $5M to $10M.

Why I run the challenge

Most people who start an AI agency stop before their first paying client. They build a logo and a pitch deck, and never get an agent talking to real people. The ones who make it do the same few things in the same order: one live agent, one client under their brand, a price the client pays every month, then three, five and ten clients they keep.

So I turned that order into six levels and made it public. Every level is counted from real conversations and real clients in your DM Champ account, so nobody can buy or fake a spot on the board. The lessons are free, and so is the challenge.

Where to find me

I post what I build on YouTube and LinkedIn, and I answer questions in the DM Champions community on Skool. For anything about this site or your public profile, mail hi@sohaibahmad.com.
