Six levels, and what unlocks each one
Every level is a fact in your account, not a box you tick. Your agent has to talk to real people, your clients have to be live, and Level 3 and up need money and months behind them.
Messages from your own numbers, your team or your other client accounts never count. Neither do test chats.

Who runs this
I'm Sohaib Ahmad. I built DM Champ, the AI sales agent platform that over two thousand customers use, many of them agencies selling it under their own brand. Before that I ran outreach for clinics and watched their inboxes overflow. This challenge is the path I would walk if I started an agency today.

What is Sohaib's AI Agency Challenge?
It is a free, public ladder of six levels for people building an AI agency on DM Champ, from your first AI agent talking to real people to ten clients you have kept for months. Your level comes from real conversations and real clients in your account, and every level has a free lesson on this site.
Does the challenge cost anything?
No. The challenge and the lessons are free. You play with a DM Champ account, and the DM Champ plans are listed on dmchamp.com/pricing.
How is my level worked out?
From your DM Champ account: the real people your AI agents served, your client accounts with real conversations, the clients on your bill, and the clients you kept for three months. It is checked every night, and you can refresh your progress on the challenge page in the app once every 10 minutes. A level you reach is never taken away.
What never counts toward a level?
Messages from your own numbers and emails, your team's, or any of your client accounts never count, and neither do test chats in Try Out or imported chat history. Creating a client account with no conversations scores nothing, and neither do credits spent on a client account nobody talks to.
Will my name show up in public?
Only if you switch on your public profile in the app. It shows your display name, your level, the date you reached each level, your website if you add one, the month you joined and a verified mark when a client paid you through DM Champ. Never your email, your clients, how many clients you have, your credits or any money. Switch it off and you leave the leaderboard within minutes.
Is the leaderboard ranked by revenue?
No. It is ranked by level, then by the date the level was reached, so the earliest to a level sits higher. Revenue is never shown and never ranks anyone.
